I have recently discovered (with help from Open Mind) that the amazing band Rio Brazzaville on this compilation is fronted by the same MATS LÖFGREN that later played/sang in KAIPA!! Both tracks with Rio Brazzaville are some of the best ever made in the progressive movement, symphonic and progressive rock like FLÄSKET BRINNER, simply excellent. Another reason to buy this excellent double LP is Hederskompaniet, also from Uppsala playing some excellent progressive rock like Pyramid, Epizootic, FLÄSKET BRINNER etc. Other bands worth mentioning are Samla Mammas Manna and Lön För Mödan (later became Störningen). The tracks with RIO BRAZZAVILLE and Hederskompaniet are simply excellent and must be heard by anyone into progressive rock!
